A Glance At My Week

Last Saturday we woke up to it snowing outside. I was surprised! I don't watch the news much anymore, I just hate hearing all the bad stuff going on so when I think about it I can check the weather online but in this case, I did not check for several days and when the hubby said there was snow in the forecast, I laughed. Looks like the joke was on me! Anyway, it stopped later that morning with no evidence that it had even snowed earlier, then we went shopping, and had to drive home watching the biggest snow flakes falling! It was so pretty I was just happy that my husband was driving! I am not a fan of driving in any frozen participation, just so you know!So we came home and it finally hit at our house and all the boys had to go outside and play in the snow in the dark. They got to sled and have fun! And the next morning I snapped this photo off of our back deck, those cute little kitty paw prints!

A guilty pleasure of mine, I like it, I will drink the entire bottle if I open it, one glass and I am doomed. So for that reason, I only open one every once in a while. I am weak when it comes to sugar!

This is my new favorite yogurt! I really like the Stonyfield brand and that is the one brand that I purchase all the time along with Dannon Activia.  But I love this Super Fruit flavor!

Bought these last weekend, I really needed a small whisk and a new spatula. I always liked the way this spatula  looks so I purchased one, and the first thing I thought about...."Now I need to make cookies so I can use my new spatula!" I tell you people, sugar is my weakness! Especially a new recipe I recently found for chocolate chip cookies. Chewy in the middle and crispy on the edge, LOVE! Even the next day?! Love new kitchen utensils!!

This I took when  I wore a necklace my Sis gave me. I love it! and the bracelets I already had and they go great together. My go to colors are black, grey, white and while I love those colors I am also craving some color in my wardrobe. All the new spring items that are out are so pretty and colorful which got me thinking that I really need to add color to my life and so I am planning on doing that. And, it also got me thinking about my blog which also needs some color, so I changed the color of the background.
